We have our general meeting every third Tuesday of the month. Please contact us or check the Coming Events below for meeting location. The executive meeting is held the first Thursday of every month at noon at Steve's Bar, which is located at 286 Basilio Badillo, in Old Town Vallarta. Community Relations

One of the main methods Post 14 contributes to the community is through various fund raising efforts. Another way we help is to provide necessary resources and manpower to improve various institutions in the Banderas Bay area. These institutions include Day Care Centers, Senior Citizens Homes, Schools for the Disabled and Deaf, Public Schools in rural areas and other private institutions needing building maintenance. If you are going to be in Puerto Vallarta and would like to help us help the local community please complete this short survey. Thank you and we hope to see you soon.

9 May 13: Golf Field of Dreams, 5 going room for one more if interested let me know. Leaving Vallarta 9am. If you play golf it is 250 pesos for 2 rounds on the 9 hole course. No Golf shoes needed just
use sneakers. Scramble is the format and they have clubs for rent. I (Dennis) had not played in 10 years but had a great time.

16 May 13: School Visit Volcanes School leave 11am. Van leaving Café Roma. We have plenty of room. Please let me know if you want to go so Sr. Fox can have the right passenger van. Also bring a guest. Volcanes is the school that Sr. Fox & Foxy supports.

18 May 13: Pizza Café Roma 50 peso Pizza. Bring you American Legion ID. One check and all your guest gets the same deal.

USMC Major General Angela Salinas with American Legion member, Nicholas Scott at Post 14 on Dec. 10th, 2011. The General had spent the day playing in a golf tournament at Vista Vallarta raising funds for Toys for Tots. Major General Salinas is the Director of Manpower Management at Quantico, VA. We were all proud and honored to have this support for Toys for Tots in Puerto Vallarta, Mex.

This exemplary officer makes all that served proud to be marines. In her own words General Salinas said "I remind myself everyday that it is a privilege to serve as a marine."

"I will serve as long as they allow me to. My goal is to take care of my marines and ensure that i exhibit all the qualities that they expect from their leaders:. God bless General Salinas for her service to god and country. Semper Fi
